When submitting your order, please make sure you read through all the terms and conditions. By placing a pre-order for the Cryptopia Crystal Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.

Payment Terms:

Cryptocurrency Payment: All payments (preferably) must be made in USDT via the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network (BEP20).

Total Payment Calculation: You are responsible for calculating the total amount due, which includes the price of the crystal plus the shipping cost. The total amounts are:

• Small Crystal: 50 USDT (35 USDT + 15 USDT shipping)
• Medium Crystal: 70 USDT (50 USDT + 20 USDT shipping)
• Large Crystal: 100 USDT (70 USDT + 30 USDT shipping)

Preferred Network and Token: It is preferred that you send USDT using the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) due to lower transaction fees. Sending funds through any other network or in any other token may result in higher fees or a failed transaction. We are not responsible for funds sent incorrectly.

Understanding Network Fees: Different blockchain networks have varying transaction fees. While our wallet supports multiple networks, we have selected the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network (BEP20) for its lower transaction fees compared to other networks like Ethereum.

Covering Transaction Fees: Kindly be aware that transaction fees associated with sending funds will be covered by you, the sender. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover both the amount being sent and the network transaction fees.

Order Process:

Order Confirmation: Your order will be confirmed once the correct amount of USDT is received in our wallet. You must provide the transaction hash (TXID) as proof of payment by email to harrycryptopia@gmail.com or upload it to this form before sending us the order.

Customization: You can choose from Cryptopia artwork or upload your own image for a personalized crystal.

Custom Crystal Orders:

Custom crystals, which include artwork or uploaded images, may take up to 2 weeks to be created and dispatched. We will provide updates and information regarding the status of your custom crystal order via email.

Once a custom crystal order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless it is in the process before printing. Please be aware that we require up to 5 days to queue the crystal for production, make any necessary adjustments to the uploaded image, and prepare it for printing and dispatch.

Shipping:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included in the stated crystal prices.

Global Shipping: We ship worldwide via normal postage. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Address: Ensure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refunds:

Return Policy: You can return the crystal at your own expense to our address for a full refund of the crystal price minus the shipping expenses we incurred.

Return Conditions: The crystal must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed in USDT to the original payment address. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Liability:

Payment Errors: We are not responsible for any errors in payment, including but not limited to incorrect amounts, incorrect network selection, or incorrect tokens sent.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.

Damage in Transit: If the crystal arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence and will work with you to resolve the issue.

Support Channels: Customer support will be provided through email (harrycryptopia@gmail.com) or Telegram DM (https://t.me/TC131). We will strive to respond promptly, but please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to investigate and respond to your inquiries.

Product Licensing and Liability:

Licensed Collectibles: Collectibles are licensed by Cryptopia but are considered third-party products. This means Cryptopia has no liability in terms of refunds or payments.

Order Completion Time:

Processing Time: Orders will take at least 10 working days to be completed. Depending on the volume of orders, this timeframe might be extended. Orders will be served in priority order.
